Women’s Breakfast – Ever feel like you’re going round in circles?
Saturday 28th March 9am. John Owen Barn (CO6 3NL)
Ever feel like life is busy and full, yet you keep ending up in the same place? You’re warmly invited to a relaxed women’s breakfast as part of the Passion for Life 2026 mission.
This will be a friendly, welcoming time with good food, conversation and space to reflect, whether you’re curious about faith or simply exploring life’s bigger questions.
Our guest speaker, Sandie Turner, is a wife, mum and granny who has lived in Northwest Essex for many years and brings a down‑to‑earth perspective shaped by real life. In her talk in the John Owen Barn, Sandie will reflect on the words of Jesus, “I am the way, the truth and the life”, and what they mean for women today, offering hope, clarity and a fresh way forward as Easter approaches. Please book at EventBrite.

Christianity Explored Course
Seven Monday Evenings starting 13th April
This relaxed and informal course is ideal for anyone interested in exploring the bigger questions of life – Can I find peace? Is there a God? Does Iife have any ultimate purpose or meaning?
In these days of endless bad news, we’re going to explore together the wonderful hope of the Christian faith. In the Bible, Mark’s Gospel introduces us to Jesus: who he is, why he came and why this matters for us today. It’s an extraordinary story full of action and drama, a story that has changed the world. Through discussion and videos we’ll explore how Jesus still brings fresh meaning, peace and hope for our lives today.
Please do join us, whether for the first time or for a refresher. All are very welcome!
Admission is free, but please reserve your spot at EventBrite
